Splinter guard

Splinter protection curtains on wood, plastic and metal processing machines serve to protect operating personnel from flying parts and splinters that can occur during processing. They are made of resistant, often lightweight materials that are oil and water repellent and also increase safety. These curtains are particularly important to prevent injuries and make the working environment safer.

Insulation cushion

Our insulation cushion is a practical solution for quick and cost-effective thermal insulation of the top floor ceiling. Insulation material is blown into a large, textile cushion/bag, which spreads out on the ceiling depending on its size and effectively reduces heat loss. This method is particularly advantageous because it is easy to install and ensures improved energy efficiency at a later date without major structural work.

Heating fabric

Our innovative heating fabric enables the efficient heating of large surfaces in the low-voltage range and offers even heat distribution. Aramid

Aramid fabric is a high-strength, heat- and flame-resistant material made from special aramid fibers. It is often used in protective clothing, such as firefighting suits and ballistic vests, as well as in the aerospace industry. Thanks to its high tensile strength and resistance to abrasion, it offers excellent protection at a low weight. Peel ply

A promising field of application could therefore be in masonry construction, particularly as a decoupling layer between load-bearing elements. Here, the fabric can absorb stresses, delay crack formation, and redistribute forces. In the event of seismic impacts, it contributes to the stabilization of the masonry and improves the overall behavior of the structure under dynamic loads.

IR-absorbing fabric

The IR fabric is specially designed to absorb radiation in the infrared (IR) range. This makes it particularly suitable for security and military applications, especially for reducing detectability by night vision and infrared sensors. The reflection values (remission) in the near infrared range are between 20% and 30%, but can be specifically adjusted depending on the application.
