With the Airbagliner®, it is no longer necessary to dig up or expose defective wastewater pipes with excavators, hoes and spades.

When underground pipes and sewers get old, cracks can form on the walls of the pipes or tree roots can grow into the pipe. This sometimes results in breaks or displacements. As a result, clean tap water is lost on its way into the house or wastewater seeps into the ground - which is problematic for the quality of the groundwater.

In the past, defective pipes and sewers were always replaced at great expense. Damage above ground, which directly affects the environment, can quickly occur or even increase as a result of excavation, digging and demolition work.

The Airbagliner® enables a complete repair that also saves resources and energy: it is no longer necessary to dig up or expose the defective sewer pipes with excavators, hoes and spades. This not only saves fuel, time, effort and money, but also protects the environment in the long term.

With this new application for a familiar technology, years of experience in airbag production are being integrated into a new segment. High-strength, multi-layer fabrics combined with the high quality standards of the automotive industry bring the airbag underground.

Our Airbagliner® is a double fabric woven in one piece that has proven itself in recent years as a reliable support and calibration hose in the sewer rehabilitation industry. Thanks to its high heat resistance, the resin used hardens very quickly, which can shorten construction site times enormously.
